Latasha Dixon, MA, LMFT

Licensed Therapist

I am passionate about the wellbeing of others through healing and making healthy changes. My therapy style is insight-oriented and interactive using a psychoanalytical approach . I welcome the opportunity to increase self-awareness, and help to identify strengths and values. I specialize in working with those who have suffered from various forms of trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have come to find that the things we have experienced in our past are the very things that are holding us back from moving forward and living more authentic, genuine, productive, integrated lives. I seek to guide you through the process of healing from your past traumas, and from getting in your own way. Through skilled evidenced based techniques I will help you be able to view your level of daily functioning as being more balanced and purposeful. I strive to create trusting relationships with my clients that allow us to work together in guiding you through your journey.
